450BPH 5-gallon water machine
It consists of washing, filling, and capping, which is applied to the production of 3 or 5-gallon purified water and mineral water. The capacity can meet different production requirements from 100 to 2000 BPH.
The entire line includes the following optional equipment: a Cap pulling machine, leak detection machine, brushing machine, automatic barrel loading device, washing / filling / capping three-in-one machine, barrel neck thermal machine, bagging machine, palletizer, etc.

1) Our barreled water-producing line is specially designed for 3-5 gallon drinking water;
2)The machine has the function of rinsing the barrel, filling the water into a barrel, capping the barrel after filling the water;
3) Barrel packing is different from small PET bottle packing, usually the barrel is recycled using, so barrel cleaning is very important as the first step. In our rinsing machine, the barrel will be cleaned with multiple liquids, from alkali water to disinfecting water, and then to pure water, to ensure every barrel can be cleaned absolutely. Then the filling machine and capping machine will start to work automatically
4) In our capping machine, there is a pure water spraying device, to sterilize the caps, and avoid any pollution to the beverage;
5) Our producing line can carry out the bottle washing, sterilizing, filling, capping, counting, heat shrink labeling, packing, discharging
