Datong Machinery Celebrates Successful Participation at UzFood 2023 in Uzbekistan

Great news! The UzFood 2023 held in Uzbekistan was a resounding success for Datong Machinery.

For the past three years, due to various natural reasons, communication with our clients has been limited to video calls and email exchanges. Our sales managers and CEO felt that online communication lacked the liveliness and authenticity of face-to-face interactions, where one could truly feel and experience the real feedback from our clients. Moreover, meeting in person allows us to address information discrepancies and communicate the true situation both domestically and internationally. Additionally, during face-to-face conversations, such as having meals together, we can explore more extended issues, which provides opportunities for both parties to add extra value to their relationship.

During this exhibition, we showcased our products to customers from around the world and had the chance to interact with them face-to-face rather than just sending pictures and videos online. We met many new customers and also reunited with nearly ten old customers who attended the event, including several local customers from Uzbekistan. Although we have collaborated with some of these customers for three years, we never had the chance to meet them in person until this exhibition. It was like meeting old friends, and the atmosphere was very pleasant.

This exhibition in Uzbekistan provided us with an opportunity to develop new customers and maintain relationships with our existing ones. We hope that there will be more chances like this in the future to communicate face-to-face with our customers.
