Filling technology and equipment characteristics

The PLC system automatically adjusts the opening and closing speed and time of each filling valve, and accurately controls the level of each filling according to the preset parameters, ensuring the quality stability of each product.
Liquid-level control technology
To further ensure the reliability of filling, the carbonated beverage production line adopts high-precision liquid level sensors for liquid level control. These sensors can monitor the material level in each filling tank in real-time and adjust the operation of the filling valve promptly, thus ensuring that each filling can reach the expected level standard and guarantee the consistency and quality stability of the product.
Cleaning and Maintenance Precautions
The filling machine needs to be kept clean. During the production process, the beverage production line should be cleaned of glass debris and liquid in time to avoid damage to the filling machine. The surface of the beverage production line must be cleaned once before the end of the shift, and all parts of the beverage production line should be coated with clean lubricant. Every week, the beverage production line's beverage machinery should be cleaned extensively. In ordinary use scrub the places that are not easy to clean or blow clean with compressed air.
