When you talk about the basic equipment for beverage bottling operations, then you must mention the beverage bottling machine. Now, let’s look at the various parts of the beverage bottling machine and their various functions.
Basically, this machine has a base consisting of a tubular frame made of stainless steel and steel plates. Once assembled, the top plate is treated and painted and the base is completely covered with stainless steel panels.
The adjustable feet for adjusting the size and level of the machine are located in the lower part of the base.
The four sides of the base are closed by stainless steel mechanical locking safety panels. However, they can be easily removed by authorized personnel for any internal maintenance required for the drive and transmission units, the unit a star clutch with automatic stop devices in the event of an anomaly and the carousel for rotating the upper part of the cylinders for lifting bottles.
The base also houses the motorized units to adjust the height of the filler and the turrets necessary for the operation of the machine (such as the rinsing unit, the degasser, the distributor, the capper unit, the unit inspector, muzzler, etc.). The adjustments of the machine can be manual or electronic depending on the type of machine.
The transmission is carried out by steel or thermoplastic resin (polyamide) gears which are mounted in such a way that they do not come into contact with the steel gears in order to reduce the noise level as much as possible .
The safety protections of the beverage bottling machine are made of stainless steel frame and transparent material panels allowing the operator assigned to the machine to carry out a constant visual inspection.
The sides are made of mechanically fastened panels, while the front and back include electrically-protected doors allowing access to qualified maintenance personnel only when the machine is stationary and safety devices are installed.
Micro-contactors are installed on the central carousel of the rinsing machine, on the screw and on the stars. Their function is to stop the machine instantly if the bottles are horizontal, in an incorrect position or in a format other than that for which the machine is equipped.
An electrical control panel with programmable controller, inverter, display and low voltage controls, built according to VDE standards, is part of the safety device. The electrical panel houses the inverter activated by a potentiometer that allows to vary the speed of the machine.
The alphanumeric display (graphical terminal with touch screen available) shows all the information relating to bottling as well as any alarms from the machine (open protections, insufficient flow into the bottles, and excessive outflow of bottles ...).
The programmable controller allows you to program all the functions necessary for the correct operating processes of the machine. The electrical system and control panel comply with CE standards.
The filling unit consists of an annular tank for filling machines with 32 or more valves and a full tank for filling machines with 6 to 28 valves (possibility of supplying annular tanks for 12 to 28 valves on request).
Automatic product filling devices are also installed (analog signal, on request) with the necessary regulators to optimize the production flow. The filling valves are mounted on the lower part of the tank with the positioning and centering mechanism of the containers.
The machine has been specifically designed and built for easy operation and cleaning, quick replacement of accessories, and easy maintenance.
