2. Pre-treatment
Pre-vacuuming: Bottles or cans are pre-vacuumed before filling to remove internal air and avoid foam and bubbles during filling.

Secondary cleaning (if required): the bottles or cans are cleaned a second time to ensure the highest level of cleanliness. 

 

3. Filling
Pressurized Filling: A carbonated beverage filling machine adopts pressurized filling technology to fill bottles or cans with beverages containing carbon dioxide at a certain pressure. 1. Appearance inspection

Automatic Inspection: Automatic inspection using cameras and sensors to screen for unqualified products quickly. 

 

2. Weight Inspection

Weighing Detection: An automatic weighing system detects the weight of each bottle or can to ensure that the filling quantity meets the standard. Overweight or underweight products are automatically rejected. 

 

3. Pressure Detection

Carbon dioxide pressure detection: Detect the carbon dioxide pressure in the bottle or can to ensure that the gas content of the carbonated beverage meets the requirements and that the product tastes good. 

 

4. Sealing detection

Seal detection: Ensure that the seal of each bottle or can is intact without leakage through vacuum detection or air tightness test.

IV. Packaging and Warehousing

1. Labeling

Automatic labeling machine: Accurately affix the label on each bottle or can to ensure it is correctly positioned and firmly affixed. 

 

2. Packing
Automatic packaging machine: This machine automatically arranges the labeled beverage bottles or cans and loads them into cartons or plastic trays.

Sealing machine: Seal the products after packing to ensure the package is firm and easy to transport. 

 

3. Inventory

Warehouse management: The packaged finished beverage is managed by batch, production date, and other information entered into the warehouse to ensure that the storage is in order and to facilitate the subsequent logistics and sales.
