2. Isobaric Method
The isobaric method is also known as the pressure gravity filling method; that is, in the case of high atmospheric pressure, the packaging container is first inflated so that the air pressure is equal to the air pressure in the liquid storage tank, and then depends on the weight of the filling liquid into the packaging container. This method is commonly used for the filling of carbonated beverages, such as beer. Using this method can reduce the loss of CO2 contained in such products, and can prevent excessive bubbles in the filling process from affecting product quality and quantitative accuracy.
3. Vacuum Method
The vacuum method fills at atmospheric pressure below, and it can be done in two ways.
Pressure differential vacuum
That is, the liquid storage tank is in a normal pressure state; only the packaging container is pumped to form a vacuum, and the filling is completed by relying on the pressure difference between the liquid storage tank and the container to be filled. This method is more commonly used in China.
Gravity Vacuum
In the vacuum packaging container, the liquid storage tank is vacuum-pumped first to form a vacuum equal to the liquid storage tank, and then the liquid material flows into the packaging container by its own weight. Due to its complex structure, it is rarely used in China. Vacuum filling is widely used, suitable for filling liquid materials with slightly higher viscosity, such as oil, syrup, etc.
During the use of the beverage filling machine, it is necessary to constantly check and add refueling fog, and the oil must be kept in one third of the position.
