Several bugs and repair methods that easily appear in the use of bottle blow molding machines are as follows:
1. Feed level does not feed
Several conditions need to be checked, such as whether there is no material in the hopper.
If so, it needs to be replenished quickly.
If not, please check whether the control contactor of the hoist is in the power state, if it is in the power state, quickly check whether the motor is in the power and load state, because this situation is likely to be by the bottle embryo stuck with the lifting belt, then the easiest way is to manually help lift.
If the control contactor of the check hoist is not in the power state, check that the bottle embryo detection eye is not in the same line as the reflector.
2. Feed the old card feed tray
This situation is a headache problem; from experience, if the length of the bottle embryo is larger than the weight of the long cut, then this phenomenon is relatively less.
3. The bottle cannot be removed from the mold after blowing.
First of all, the mold should be opened, manually open and close the mold, if normal, in the empty running state to run, if also normal.
Please check your exhaust time Settings, if the exhaust setting is normal, and every time as long as a blow bottle fails, then you can judge the problem with the exhaust valve; please open the exhaust valve to check its spring and seals (there is also a phenomenon of this failure is the exhaust sound is relatively large or there is no clean sound).
If you encounter a situation where a lot of mold production is normal, and you occasionally can not open the mold, please check whether the mold lock pin has a section of screws inside; in addition, please check whether the mold lock force is too large, if it is too large, it should be adjusted according to the standard.
4. Two mechanical palms collide
This situation is caused by misalignment and requires manual resetting of the manipulator.

1. Before starting each shift, lubricating oil must be added to each moving part once. (Manipulator, manipulator guide, opening and closing die guide)
2. Swing arm can be added once (3-4) days. The heating machine's large chain and small chain can be once a month. Often, check the main engine reducer; the heating machine reducer lacks oil. Main engine bearings can be added once every 3 months.
3. Before production, check whether the moving parts are firm, whether the screws are loose and fall off, especially where the impact force is strong, and whether the belt transmission part is abnormal.
4. Check whether the high-pressure air source, low-pressure air source, power supply, and water source are normal.
5. Check the emergency stop switch, safety door switch, and protection device to detect whether the switch is normal.
6. Check whether the heating head enters the embryo and the embryo part works normally. If the embryo is not inserted, adjust the nut of the embryo pressing device.
7. Check whether the lamp is damaged or broken. It should be replaced in time.
8. Check whether the pneumatic components leak and whether the action is sensitive.
9. Check whether the triplet is abnormally leaking, whether it is blocked and whether the water storage capacity of the cup is too full.
10. When the mechanical and electrical magnetic valve of the automatic blowing bottle is abnormal, it should be cleaned in time < 3.5 million cleaning per blowing bottle.
